I messed up my order! How do I fix? 🄺

If you need to change your order details, please contact usĀ as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update or correct the information, but we can’t guarantee changes once your order has started processing.

If we’re unable to make the change, we’ll try toĀ cancel and refundĀ the order instead. However, once your item hasĀ shipped, we’re unable to cancel or issue a refund.

We work hard toĀ fulfill orders quickly, so the sooner you reach out, the better the chances we can help.

You can reach us by emailing hello@muyeti.com. We will do our best to respond in 2-3 business days. Longer times for holidays or promotional periods.

Can I make a return? šŸ™

At this time, all sales are final. As a small business, we put a lot of care into making high-quality products and unfortunately can’t accept returns without taking a significant loss.

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you may have received a bad batch, please contact us right away — we’ll be happy to review the situation and make it right if possible.

My order came damaged what do I do? 😭

Oh noooo! We take great pride in our packaging and do our best to ensure everything arrives safely and in perfect condition.

If your order was damaged during transit, please email us within seven days of delivery so we can assess the situation and find the best solution for you.

If your polish arrived intact but looks different than expected, please keep in mind that each polish is handmade, and slight variations between batches may occur. If you notice a significant difference from what was advertised, contact us with photos within seven days, and we’ll happily review it for you.

Where do you ship? 🤨 How much? 🤨When? 🤨

Right now, we only ship to certain locations in the U.S. due to regulations, we hope to expand to more locations in the future!

Please note: Certain shipping restrictions prohibit us from sending nail polish to some locations. If your destination isn’t accepted by our system, we will refund your order immediately. In some cases, we may attempt to contact you to see if an alternative shipping option is possible.

Shipping is a flat rate of $6.99 per order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions — if one is active, you’ll see it announced on our website’s main page or on our social channels.

We aim to fulfill orders within three business days, though during holidays or special promotions, fulfillment may take a little longer.

Are your products 10 Free? šŸ˜‹

Our polishes use a 10-free formula and are free of the following ingredients: formaldehyde, toluene, DPB (dibutyl phthalate), formaldehyde resin, camphor, ethyl tosylamide, xylene, triphenyl phosphate, MIT (methylisothiazolinone) and parabens.

Are your polishes cruelty free and vegan? 🐱

Our products are made with vegan ingredients and are never tested on animals!
